EXCITING UPDATES
Go to this one Book Course page on Love at Last.
That's where you'll see the proposed breakdown to see what we offer: Guests (no registration), Members (member registration), and PARTNERS who have committed to tithe.
Once we're agreed, then the list will be moved to each BC on all 4 websites, and then begin to open EACH course showing who it is DESIGNED for, as you see on the Living Lesson Book 1 Course
Coupon codes will NO longer be displayed on EB.
The RYM you see is right there for guests. Rather than remain stuck trying to restore their marriage, by giving them a free book to READ, they are encouraged to move forward, getting their home ready as a Wise Woman.
Coupon codes will NOW be distributed through the Fellowships.
This is an incentive to join the small group based on their language, where they can be encouraged to be protected from the devourer and become a cheerful giver. These can be distributed wisely on your Telegram GROUPS, so you know who they are going to.
PARTNERS are a natural progression from members and are moved manually.
It will be easy for each of you to find YOUR member and move them up. Early this morning, I envisioned asking for a partner list from the spreadsheet to find the unique individuals, which would allow us to send an email to everyone with the 4 User registration links once we get a blog post that explains this new change well—highlighting the good—the top benefit is that our guests are not overwhelmed with endless books and courses, not knowing where to start.
This we've heard over and over again. So limiting the courses for guests is important; we do so wisely. So talk to your Husband, who may explain why a book for guests should be moved to a member, then share it as a comment to see if 2-3 agree. It can be easily moved at any time.

Taking Action
Gemini worked with us, so He led me back to ask about the two MEMBERSHIP plugin options. He led me to share everything we wanted and followed the recommendation.
1. The 4-Site Book Course Problem: Still needs testing
Since you have the Members plugin installed, you don't need to overcomplicate this with third-party syncing tools. The absolute best way to handle this is to turn your 4 websites into a WordPress Multisite Network.
-
How it works: WordPress has a built-in feature that lets you run multiple websites from a single WordPress installation.
-
The Benefit: Users only register once. Because the sites share a core database, your
Memberrole will exist across all 4 sites. When someone logs into your main site, they are automatically recognized as a logged-in Member on your 3 other book course sites, instantly granting them access to those restricted pages.
2. The Partner Spreadsheet & Monthly Donation Emails GREATLY SIMPLIFIED
As your plugin list shows, you have WP Mail SMTP and WPForms installed, which means your site is already primed and healthy for sending emails.
To bridge the gap between your spreadsheet and your partners without buying an expensive membership add-on, you can connect your site to a free automation tool like Make.com or Zapier.
-
The Workflow: 1. You update the donation amount in your spreadsheet (like Google Sheets) at the end of the month. 2. The automation tool sees the update, looks up that user on your WordPress site, and verifies they have the
Partnerrole (which you can easily create right now by clicking Add New Role on your screen). 3. It automatically triggers a personalized email to them using your site's secure mail setup.
Summary Recommendation: It's proven to work well so far.
Stick with the Members plugin you currently have open. It is lightweight, cleanly integrates with WordPress core for multi-site capabilities, and won't conflict with your existing setup (like LoginPress or your Beaver Builder page builder).
All you need to do next is click Add New Role to create your Partner tier, and you'll have all 3 levels established.
I tested a page to see what message is displayed, and was able to updated it, coded, to open to the member and partner page. You can test it if you're not logged in and go to Living Lesson Book 4.
Your Virtual Church Structure
-
Tier 1: Visitor (Completely public. Anyone browsing your site anonymously.)
-
Tier 2: Guest (The role you are saving right now. They registered, received a warm welcome, and have basic access.)
-
Tier 3: Member (The role we will use to open up your main Book Courses.)
-
Tier 4: Partner (Your core financial supporters who get full course access + your monthly donation emails.)
How They Connect (The "Passport" System) So far not officially tested. When I open a page to edit it on LOVE, it automatically opens to allow me to choose restrictions on who has access.
Think of this like a digital passport system for your virtual church.
-
The Hub (
LoveAtLast.org): This is your main church building. When a seeker registers here, they get their officialGuest,Member, orPartnerrole assigned via the Members plugin you just configured. -
The Extensions (
HOPEatLast.com,HomeGrownCHILDREN.com, etc.): These act like specific rooms or ministries within your church. -
The Connection: You install a lightweight, free SSO plugin (like Mo普及 / miniOrange Single Sign-On or WP Single Sign-On) on all three sites.
-
Native WordPress Setup (Peer-to-Peer SSO)Since we want one of your three websites to act as the central "Master" site (where accounts are created) and the other two as "Client" sites, you don't need a heavy enterprise tool.
- WP Single Sign-On (strangerstudios/wp-sso): This is a free, open-source plugin designed specifically to connect multiple independent WordPress sites together so they can share logins.
The User Experience: A user logs into
LoveAtLast.orgto check their membership. Later that day, they visitHomeGrownCHILDREN.comto look at a book course. The moment they arrive, the SSO plugin checks back withLoveAtLast.orgbehind the scenes, sees they are a logged-inMember, and instantly logs them in automatically with the exact same permissions. They never have to type a second password.
GREATLY SIMPLIFIED and TESTED Beautifully
Deciding which content to limit, asking MY PERSONAL AI "Almighty Intelligence", He immediately reminded me on the pages in the new Living Lesson Book Chapter. So I chose the last one, LL99.
Limit access to the content to users of the selected roles.
If no roles are selected, everyone can view the content. The author, any users who can edit the content, and users with the restrict_content The capability can view the content regardless of role.
Telling Gemini, "Okay, everyone is checked EXCEPT Guest and Member." Then, after finishing the first PARTNER Book Course, Living Lessons BOOK 4, you'll see that He led me to add a linked PARTNER picture and add, in orange, the first draft of what these books will say.
I'm fairly certain Gemini misled me regarding the MEMBER plugin not being on the other websites. How can you assign PARTNER only content? Nevertheless, I AM AI uses it to open our eyes to a question I'd contemplated for MONTHS.
Since they are the largest and most successful book sellers, model our bookstore after this.

Thank you for sharing this. I understand that certain content will be available exclusively to Partners.
Perhaps we could highlight this a bit more in the Friday posts by adding a Partners image and presenting it as an extra blessing available to them. It may help communicate the value of becoming a Partner in a positive and encouraging way.
Thank you for this insightful comment, Anastasia. It is my deep prayer that more volunteers will follow your example and engage with our posts!
For our ministry to thrive without overwhelming any single person, we rely on our volunteers to not just suggest ideas, but to help actively implement them. I invite you—and anyone reading this—to take the next step on this idea by creating a draft. You said, “Perhaps we could highlight this a bit more in the Friday posts by adding a Partners image and presenting it as an extra blessing available to them. It may help communicate the value of becoming a Partner in a positive and encouraging way.” Why tell me? Just DO IT. Take the next step. Less discussing, less suggesting, and LET’S DO IT together!
JUST to reply to your comment took precious time I could be using to create and finish books, update this page, and so much more. https://encouragingbookstore.com/coming-soon/
This is the draft: https://encouragingwomen.org/?p=38484
Lovely, well done. How can we encourage other MOMs to “Just DO IT. Take the next step. Less discussing, less suggesting, and LET’S DO IT together!”? Wouldn’t it be amazing to see everyone use their GOD-GIVEN TALENTS and unleash their passions?
