Another piece of good news for all our dear members is that we continue making progress on the translation and production of the Be Encouraged videos in Audiobook format, which means you will no longer need to use subtitles to access the information in your language! 
You will be able to listen to the content while you are working are home or driving your car. Isn't it exciting?
Initially, this project began as a response to a lovely lady who purchased the Spanish content even though it was not yet available. What seemed like a mistake turned out to be a blessing, because it inspired me to want to provide the videos for her. Then I wanted to bless all our other Spanish-speaking sisters as well. But thanks to His generosity, working through Erin, that desire expanded into making the content available in all languages!

Project Vision
The Be E Classic video series has been a valuable resource for heartbroken women around the world. Our vision is to transform these teachings into high-quality audiobooks and make them available in multiple languages (Afrikaans, French, Portuguese, Dutch, and Spanish), allowing people to engage with the content in their native language regardless of literacy level, internet bandwidth, or access to video platforms.
This project is being developed through a combination of volunteer translators, professional audio enhancement tools, and AI voice technology that preserves Erin’s teaching voice across multiple languages.
Project Objectives
- Create professional-quality audiobooks from the Be E Classic series.
- Preserve the original teaching style and tone through voice cloning technology (with Auphonic and ElevenLabs).
- Translate the content into multiple languages (with ChatGPT).
- Provide accessible this resources to a broader international audience.
- Build a sustainable workflow that can be repeated for future teaching series.

Recommendation
Current Plan: Continue using the Creator Plan while volunteers complete the translations, as it is sufficient for testing, voice development, and generating sample chapters.
Production Phase: Once the translations are complete, temporarily upgrade to the Pro Plan to generate the audiobooks efficiently. This would reduce the estimated production time from approximately 17–19 months to about 5 months, making the multilingual release possible within a much shorter timeframe.

Thank you, Anastasia, but this reads more than making an announcement than a clear presentation of the vision and process. As written, it’s very vague and leaves many important questions unanswered.
One thing I’ve noticed is that the Lord has consistently led me to communicate these initiatives in a way that not only helps us find volunteers but also helps our partners understand the overall vision, the strategy, and how they can be part of what God is doing. That broader perspective is important.
For example, what language are we translating first, second, and third?
Approximately how long will each phase take?
What is the estimated cost for each language and for the project as a whole?
What are the milestones and timeline?
These are the kinds of details our partners need in order to understand the scope, pray specifically, and potentially support the work.
Moving forward, I believe it’s important that we communicate as one team with one voice, one vision, and one clear message. Every announcement should not only inform people that something is happening, but also help them understand the process, the priorities, the goals, and the opportunities to participate. Clarity builds confidence, unity, and greater engagement from those who are walking alongside us.
The vision is too important to leave people guessing. Let’s make sure we’re presenting a complete picture so everyone can clearly see where we’re headed and how they can be involved.

My pleasure! It’s very in-depth but overall a bit complicated to really extract the overall summary. He led to check with chatGPT to see if that might be done. Just waiting to see where it goes.

However, the real bottlenecks are each volunteer’s available time and the number of ElevenLabs credits available each month.

Please understand I’ve personally have and have offered the funds and have tried to explain this for quite some time for whatever we need. It cannot be about the money.
Also, when I took over as Treasurer I found unnecessary fees we’d be paying that is saving RMI every month. In addition, the profit sharing is being used for bonuses but also it’s money to INVEST into AI and other plugins etc. to improve how we can better serve our guests, members and partners.
So PLEASE make me aware of what’s available and do NOT have it centered around the cost of everything. RMI doesn’t suffer from the Poverty Mentality since “My GOD will supply ALL (not just some) of our needs.”

Be Encouraged Audiobook
Have a look at this and then discuss it with your Husband, really ponder asking Him for the vision. This is what I did this morning, just pondering, telling Him I had no clue how He wanted it done. That’s when He showed me that everything needs to be on ONE page so it’s easy to see and understand—it’s also workable.
If you want to make any changes to this blog post (to clean it up and simplify it) or the Be E Classic page, He wanted to remind everyone—just make a copy—work on the original but you have a copy should you need it.

As I’ve been working on converting the Be Encouraged Classic videos into audiobooks, and after work on ESP RYM audiobook in INaudio a question came up that I think we should decide before processing all the chapters. Plase SG with me about this:
Since these recordings originally come from videos rather than a published book, should we first create the book/eBook from the transcripts and then produce the audiobook from that final manuscript? If we do that, we could add chapter titles (for example, “Chapter One”) and make any small adjustments needed for a listening experience before processing the audio in Auphonic. That way, each chapter would only be processed once, avoiding over-processing the audio.
We could use Erin’s own voice from the RYM English recordings (for ENG BeE Classic original version) so the entire audiobook maintains the same narrator’s voice and audio technical settings needed for this kind of platforms.
It also seems that having the eBook first would make the audiobook the official audio edition of the book, which could simplify future translations and distribution across different platforms.
What He tells you both? Would it make more sense to publish the book first and then produce the audiobook from the finalized text?
I remember my Beloved told us, “Gather the pieces that are left over, so that nothing is wasted.” I don’t want to waste our Auphonic resources. If I process the audio files before we resolve this, it’s possible I’ll have to start over, and that wouldn’t be good stewardship.
