Affiliate - Standard Terms and Conditions
NarrowRoad Publishing House reserves the right to amend and update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
1. Joining and Termination.
This Agreement shall come into force upon your acceptance as an Affiliate and shall remain in effect until your Affiliate program is terminated. The Affiliate is entitled to terminate this Agreement with immediate effect at any time.
The Merchant is entitled to terminate and/or suspend the Affiliate from their Program at any time, giving reasonable notice where possible. In the event of Affiliate fraud or suspected criminal activity the Merchant is entitled to terminate and/or suspend the Affiliate from their Program without any notice.
NRPH is also entitled to terminate this Agreement and/or suspend the Affiliate from our Affiliate Program at any time, giving reasonable notice where possible. We may terminate your Affiliate relationship if you are not faithful to comply with our agreement, most importantly by being faithful to tithe to RMI as stated on the Affiliate Program explanation:
To remain an affiliate, you must faithfully tithe 10% of your commission payout to RMI. We do this to allow God to "Rebuke the Devourer" for you, and in order for you to be blessed until you are overflowing, as these verses below explain:
“‘Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, so that there may be [spiritual] food in My house, and test Me now in this,” says the LORD of hosts, “if I will not open for you the windows of heaven and pour out for you a blessing until it overflows. Then I will rebuke the devourer for you, so that it will not destroy the fruits of the ground; nor will your vine in the field cast its grapes,” says the LORD of hosts. “All the nations will call you blessed, for you shall be a delightful land,” says the LORD of hosts”—Malachi 3:10-12
“Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys, and where thieves do not break in or steal; for where your treasure is, there your heart will be also”— Matthew 6:19-21

If our mutually consented agreement is not fulfilled, the Affiliate must cease to use the service immediately upon the termination of this Agreement and delete all links to NarrowRoad Publishing House, hereafter known as NRPH, which include images and book descriptions and reviews, for the avoidance of doubt; the Affiliate shall not be entitled to receive any Commission on any Referrals made after the termination date. Any commissions earned, but not paid, will be given as a DONATION to RMIEW in former Affiliates' name.
The Affiliate shall acquire no rights following the termination of this Agreement to use Intellectual Property of RMI/NRPH including domain names or any text, images, banners, or any other works created by or for NRPH or the Merchants.
2. Payment: Models & General
Level 1 Affiliates will begin by earning 15% from each product sold through assigned links. Level 1 Affiliates are entry-level, reserved for any other approved affiliate that is not an MIT, RMM, MITC or specified persons.
Level 2 Affiliates will earn 25% of each product sold through assigned links. Level 2 Affiliates are reserved for any other approved affiliate that is not an MIT, RMM, MITC or specified persons.
Level 3 Affiliates will earn 35% of each product sold through assigned links. Level 2 Affiliates are reserved for any other approved affiliate that is not an MIT, RMM, MITC or specified persons.
Level 4 (or our highest) Affiliates will earn 50% and is reserved for Ministers in Training here-forth known as MIT, RMM, MITC or specified person.
Payment Models
For every Level, NRPH will make payments to all affiliates on the first Friday of the following month of recorded sales via Paypal. Payment percentage may change at any time without written or verbal consent to affiliates.
And to remain qualified, every Level requires Affiliates to tithe to RMI.

Payment On Request
Payments on request will need to be submitted in writing and are subject to approval. Please submit all requests to eb@nrph.org.
General
Payments will be made via Paypal. Payments made via e-check must clear in the same month and the order placed in order to be paid out to the affiliate the following month.
The Affiliate agrees to regularly check his reports to ensure that the commission paid is correct. Please report any missing payments or errors within 7 days of payment. NRPH will verify submissions and respond within 7 business days.
In the event of any Affiliate fraud, all transactions in the Affiliates account will be reversed. In addition, NRPH may recover any payments made before fraud has been detected. We also reserve the right to take legal or criminal action against the companies and individuals involved.
In the event of suspected fraud, payment to an Affiliate's account will be stopped and the Affiliate will be asked to provide additional information as to how they have been promoting the Merchants to ascertain where any rules or program terms may have been broken. Failure to comply will result in monies being withheld and the Affiliate's account being terminated.
The Affiliate is responsible for the payment of all tax and national insurance payable on any payments made to him/her by NRPH.
3. Referral Period
Referral Periods last 90 days from the time of click. Cookie storage is used to track sales and referral periods. Clicking an affiliate link will store said cookie for a minimum of 90 days or until the cache is cleared and cookies removed. A referral will be granted to the first affiliate whose link is clicked within the 90 days, therefore, granting such affiliate the referral for payout. Please note that even if a purchase is not made after clicking the first affiliate's link, any purchases made within 90 days of clicking such link will result in the FIRST affiliate receiving credit for the sale UNLESS the cookies and cache are cleared BEFORE purchase and clicking of the new link is made. By which the cookie storage process will now repeat for the clicking of the latest link. NRPH affiliate program is not responsible for the clearing of cookies or lack thereof. Clearing cache and cookies are the sole responsibility of each individual affiliate. Please refer to your browser for specific instructions on how to clear your cache and cookie storage.
4. Liability
System failure, viruses, damages, downtime.
NRPH shall not be liable to the Affiliate for defects in the service, interruptions in the accessibility to the service, infringements on data or loss of data on the information handling system, defects in the security system or viruses or other harmful software components, loss of profits, contracts, loss of reputation, loss caused by any third party deleting, removing, deactivating or tampering with the Affiliate Tracking Service or other indirect or consequential loss whether arising from negligence, breach of contract or whatsoever.
5. Liability Limits.
Paid On Results cannot guarantee or warrant the performance of NRPH service or the links to any linked websites. NRPH shall not be liable for any error in the implementation of the links on the Affiliate's website or for the specified function of the links.
6. Legal Content and Approval.
The Affiliate is solely responsible for his/her website and all its contents and shall ensure that they conform at all times to all applicable laws and regulations. If the Affiliate is based outside of the United States then they must also undertake to ensure their website is compliant with the laws of the United States.
The Affiliate shall not use his/her links with any website/service that is not registered with or notified NRPH. All Affiliates must not market in any sites that RMI may find inappropriate according to our spiritual beliefs. Promoting books or links or pornographic or other explicit sites is prohibited.
Affiliates agree to comply and abide by any additional terms or restrictions added by NRPH. Updates or changes to these terms or restrictions will be notified by NRPH via email and or program manager.
7. Copyright / Intellectual Property.
RMI NRPH and EB own all copyrights, trademarks, intellectual property rights, know-how, or any other rights connected to products being marketed. The Affiliate does not acquire any rights or license whatsoever under this Agreement other than to use links to Linked Websites on the terms of this Agreement.
8. Affiliates Information e.g. email, performance statistics.
The Affiliate consents to being sent newsletters etc to the Affiliate's e-mail address and using the information given by the Affiliate for marketing purposes. The Affiliate confirms that in order to enable NRPH to improve and/or to promote or market the service, NRPH may produce statistics or summaries relating to the use of the service.
NRPH may contact the Affiliate by email, phone, or post for feedback relating to the service including any ways in which it might be improved both for the network and for the individual Affiliate.
9. Legal Age.
The Affiliate confirms to NRPH that the Affiliate is not a private individual less than 18 years of age. If you are under 18 years old and would like to become an affiliate, you must get a parent or guardian to sign-up on your behalf.
10. Applicable Law.
If any dispute arises out of this Agreement the Parties will attempt to settle it by a mediation procedure as the parties may agree in writing.
11. My Bookstore.
Affiliates must post the link to their Encouraging Bookstore on their OWN website unless they are currently enrolled in RMIOU and are currently at the level to have a link provided on RMIEW and EB, NRPH websites.
