Membership Levels & Content Access Blueprint

To complement the Encouraging Bookstore renovation, we will implement a unified three-tier membership system across our ministry websites using the Memberships plugin installed on LoveAtLast.org.

The purpose of this system is not simply to restrict content, but to guide each person through a natural progression of growth as they move from Guest to Member and, ultimately, to Partner.

Three Membership Levels

Our membership structure will consist of three tiers:

Bronze — Guest

Guests receive access to introductory resources and foundational Book Courses designed to help them begin their journey.

Silver — Member

Members receive everything available to Guests, plus additional books, courses, and resources intended to encourage continued growth and involvement.

Gold — Partner

Partners receive complete access to all available ministry resources, including exclusive Partner materials.

Automatic Access Inheritance

The membership plans will be configured so that each higher level automatically includes access to all lower levels.

• Bronze (Guest): Access to Bronze content only.
• Silver (Member): Access to both Silver and Bronze content.
• Gold (Partner): Access to Gold, Silver, and Bronze content.

This eliminates duplicate permissions while creating a simple, logical progression. This is EASILY DONE using the MEMBER Plugin that is working for LoveAtLast.com and has been installed on our other websites, where we will begin the process. The distribution is laid out on LoveAtLast.com/BC

SO PLEASE take time to look at each so we can move this distribution list to each of the other websites.

Content Distribution

As the renovation continues, every book, course, and resource across our ministry websites will gradually be assigned to one of these three access levels.

This process will begin with the Abundant Life Journey Book Courses and then continue throughout the remaining websites until all resources have been properly categorized.

Customized Access Message

We have already begun configuring the Memberships plugin and have replaced the default restriction message.

Instead of displaying the generic notice:

"Sorry, but you do not have permission to view this content."

Visitors will now receive a more helpful invitation that explains why the content is restricted and how they can gain access.

Exclusive Content

This exclusive content is reserved to help guide guests through our resources.

Step 1: Register as a User, or Log In if you already have an account.

Step 2: Choose your path:

• Members: Visit the Members page to access your exclusive resources.
• Partners: Visit Become a Partner to receive access to even more exclusive content.

Rather than presenting a dead end, every restricted page now becomes an invitation to continue growing.

Most of these Steps are linked for the person who receives the notification. The best way to test it is to log out and try opening a restricted page.

Integration with the Encouraging Bookstore

This membership system works hand in hand with the Encouraging Bookstore renovation.

Rather than selling resources directly, the bookstore becomes a guided pathway that leads visitors through Book Courses and into deeper levels of ministry involvement.

Guests begin with foundational resources.

Members receive additional books, courses, and digital resources.

Partners receive the ministry's most complete collection of exclusive materials.

When appropriate, Member- or Partner-exclusive eBooks may also be distributed through Easy Digital Downloads (EDD), with coupon codes provided privately through Book Courses or Fellowships instead of being publicly available.

This approach creates a simple, consistent experience across every ministry website while encouraging continued growth rather than one-time downloads.
