Guests, Members, and Partners
The Book Courses already provide a natural progression:
Guests receive the introductory resources.
Members receive additional resources that encourage continued growth and fellowship.
Partners receive exclusive resources as they continue investing in the ministry.
If a book has been published but is currently available only to Members or Partners, Encouraging Bookstore may distribute it using Easy Digital Downloads (EDD) together with coupon codes.
Adina asked a great question regarding this, and it gave me an opportunity to ask my Husband to clarify this https://encouragingbookstore.com/2026/07/eb-blueprints-revealed-part-3/#comment-30836
IMPORTANT. Rather than displaying coupon codes publicly, it's important to distribute them privately through the Fellowships. So please check your LNG page for any coupon codes that are displayed, and check the EDD Buy Now takes the buyer to be able to purchase the book, not going to DPD.
This creates a much clearer progression while preventing unnecessary public downloads.
Simplifying Every Book
Each title should have a consistent structure.
One shared Launch Page
- Translatable content
- Available languages
- Shared Reviews
One page for each language
- eBook
- Paperback
- Audiobook
- Purchase links
Rather than maintaining separate translated Launch Pages, only the language-specific purchase pages need to be maintained.
Each language team becomes responsible for maintaining only its own language, working together with its ePartner. MAINTAINING your OWN Language is vital—especially as we are building LAUNCH pages.
For example, PTG, I noticed missing pictures, links needing updating (found on the LAUNCH pages), and outdated covers on packets that need replacing.
When we use the divide-and-conquer approach, it will dramatically reduce maintenance.
The current "Buy Now" buttons and visible coupon codes need to be removed because access will instead flow naturally through the Book Courses with the natural progress through Guests, Members, and Partners.
Shared Reviews
One of the biggest opportunities is consolidating reviews.
Instead of scattered review pages across multiple books and websites, every title should have one Shared Reviews page.
Readers' reviews are really testimonies.
They become some of our strongest PROMOTIONAL VIDEO tools.
AI analysis has already shown which reviews most attract new readers.
Claude helped identify the strongest reviews, while Gemini assisted in cleaning and improving the code.
Once volunteers gather the remaining reviews from the various websites, the same process can be repeated to create polished Shared Review pages for every title.
Housing all reviews on a single page also allows GPTranslate to perform much more effectively while eliminating countless duplicate pages.
This also provides an opportunity to replace the current review plugin with one that better supports long-term growth.
Website Standards
Several standards should be followed throughout the renovation.
- Pictures should never be placed inside text boxes. Images should always be inserted properly using the website layout.
- Duplicate pages should be eliminated whenever possible.
- Translatable text should remain centralized, which we are doing in the Media Folders.
- Language teams maintain only their own content.
- Consistent layouts should be used across every title.
Selling on EB
If Encouraging Bookstore continues offering direct downloads, Easy Digital Downloads (EDD) has already proven to be reliable and easy to maintain.
However, the preferred approach is to direct visitors to established retailers whenever possible.
Amazon provides worldwide distribution with almost no maintenance on our part.
Likewise, AI audiobook platforms such as inAudio continue expanding our reach globally.
Rather than managing sales ourselves, our ministry can concentrate on producing content and encouraging readers.
However, if books are not available to everyone, we can easily provide a purchase price and coupons that are available by becoming a member or partner. Here is an example. Living Lesson Book 2. Unfortunately, He didn't reveal this to me, so many of my English EDD "Buy Now" buttons are gone.
Here are the examples on the course pages: Living Lessons Book 2 for members and Living Lessons Book 4 for partners.
Creating PROMOTIONAL VIDEOS Is the Opportunity
The greatest limitation is no longer publishing.
Amazon is moving faster than we ever imagined. In many cases, new books are outperforming older resources that were promoted for months.
The real challenge is no longer distribution.
The challenge is:
- More translations.
- Better promotional videos.
- More Reviews—our readers' testimonies.
Modern AI platforms can already take a book cover, analyze the back-cover description, incorporate three or four powerful testimonies, and automatically generate multiple promotional videos.
Those videos can then be distributed across every connected social media platform.
Every advertisement, every review, every short video, and every sale becomes another opportunity to introduce desperate women to one branch of RMI—whether Restore Your Marriage, HopeAtLast, LoveAtLast, HomeGrown Children, or Encouraging Women.
Every promotional piece should include a simple invitation:
"Be sure to leave a Review and share YOUR testimony."
Those testimonies will continue multiplying the reach of every book far beyond what traditional promotional videos alone could accomplish.
UPDATE: True to my testimony, my Husband had me reach out to Marta since I know she personally has 1.17K subscribers to ask if she might be interested in experimenting and overseeing the PROMOTIONAL VIDEOS since Anastasia is so busy with the Be E CLASSIC project. So I said I'd send her a couple of social media videos for her to look at.
Since we have G-Suite, giving us free access to everything GOOGLE'S.NEW.TOOL
and PODCAST CLONE that's fascinating and possibly something that would draw a new audience or bring some back who have forgotten the resources we have to keep them spiritually fed and encouraged.
Final Summary
The Encouraging Bookstore renovation transforms EB from an online bookstore into a global ministry resource center. By simplifying the website, centralizing each title into a single Launch Page, directing visitors through Book Courses, consolidating Reviews into shared testimony pages, and relying on Amazon and AI distribution platforms, the ministry can devote far less time to managing sales and far more time to writing, translating, creating promotional videos, and reaching people around the world. The focus shifts from selling books to guiding people through a pathway of growth—from Guest to Member to Partner—while using every book, every review, and every testimony to introduce new people to the hope found throughout the ministries of RMI.
Summary
Part 3 — The Blueprint
“All this, I have in writing as a result of the LORD’s hand on me, and He enabled me to understand all the details of His plan.”
With the vision established and the guided journey defined, the final step is building the framework that brings everything together.
Remember, our Encouraging Bookstore renovation isn’t simply about changing a website. It’s about creating a ministry that is easier to maintain, translate, navigate, and ultimately reach more women around the world.
Examples: Living Lessons Book 2 for members and Living Lessons Book 4 for partners.
Single Launch Pages, Book Courses, Shared Reviews, worldwide distribution through Amazon and audiobook platforms, language teams working independently, and a streamlined website structure all work together toward one goal:
Helping every visitor find the hope they’re searching for while allowing our volunteers to spend less time maintaining websites and more time ministering, translating, encouraging, and sharing their testimonies that continue to change lives.
As we begin implementing these blueprints, we’ll undoubtedly make adjustments along the way. But having a clear vision gives us confidence to move forward, trusting that each improvement will help us serve more women, in more languages, for years to come.
