Wouldn’t it be helpful—and simply better—to know what everyone is busy doing?
Bringing our work into the light gives others the opportunity to join a project they would like to learn more about or help complete. It also allows us to work together rather than separately and secretively.
Time and again, I have asked, encouraged, and even begged for this transparency, but without success. Finally, He gave me instructions to lock the door to this website.
Will the other websites be next? Will G Suite email access be next?
Why This Is Necessary
This morning, as RMI’s volunteer bookkeeper and treasurer, I received the monthly bill for ElevenLabs. Once again, I asked my Husband:
“Are we using it? What are EFS and her team doing? Why is everything so secretive?”
This morning, He answered simply:

At first, I reasoned that this blog post would be a good place to begin. However, my Husband reminded me that I was told my posts are not accessible to anyone but me.
Therefore, just **ONE representative** should create and maintain either:
* A new blog post, or preferably,
* A single page listing precisely what projects and tasks each volunteer is working on.
Ultimately, I am responsible for these websites, services, subscriptions, and projects. This is why I need to know what is being done.

Thank you for serving. You will be let go, with the reason and season clearly explained.
Going Forward
The page must remain updated and current.
My Husband also led me to:
* Install a Site History plugin.
* Log in and out of every page.
* Bookmark the Volunteers page.
* Keep all project and task information updated.
This applies to me too. My own volunteer work and responsibilities should also be listed and kept current.
Could setting apart one place for all our updates make everything easier?

This is a good place to start by simply converting this blog post, I reasoned. However, my Husband then reminded me that I was told my posts aren’t accessible to anyone but me. Which means a single representative just ONE can post a new blog, or yes, even better, a single page listing precisely each project and task you work on that I am ultimately responsible for—which is why I need to know.
Once on my computer, I’ll create the page https://encouragingbookstore.com/volunteers/ and then return with the link—along with the deadline and potential consequences because, unfortunately, it is the only way to ensure that it gets done. Gathering my phone notes, He led me to:

When you and your Husband have a page—or several pages—that you want to improve, and you have secured your ePartner, sharing the good news in a blog post about what you will be doing helps keep us moving forward as one, rather than unknowingly working against one another—which has clearly been part of the enemy’s scheme.
It is extremely easy to increase your user status to the level requested for both you and your ePartner. Your blog post can then serve as the perfect way to keep everyone updated on your progress, along with any new and exciting discoveries you make.

Before we truly experienced the benefits and beauty of taking time to Selah, many of us would have become impatient or restless. Now we understand that it is in the quietness where we hear Him and where He whispers His secrets.
“Call to Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty and MARVELOUS and wondrous things, which you do not know—things to come, things you could never figure out on your own, remarkable secrets.”
Using a Loss for Good
There was no copy of the original WRYM page containing all the work I had completed. However, He used it for good.
I created a new copy, and He led me to complete the cleanup we had discussed dozens of times:
The bottom line is that RMI and Encouraging Bookstore are not about featuring only English. Therefore, if something is not available in our other languages, it should not be featured on the main book landing page.
English-specific information needs to remain on the English pages, where it can serve English-speaking customers. This also applies to “related books” or packets that are not available in every language.
Since the Book Course button can be translated, I was eager to keep it and update it so that it links directly to the specific course featuring WRYM.
Another huge improvement was moving the reviews to the very top of the page, since reviews are often what I personally look for first when deciding whether to purchase something.
The review stars should be yellow rather than orange. Thank you!
Working Two by Two
Hope is currently working on Course 2, including this lesson:
Course 2, Day 19: God’s Makeover
She has faithfully made a working copy without cluttering the site with multiple copies.
Who is Hope’s ePartner—the person who will follow behind her?
It would also be helpful to understand exactly what Hope is working on. Is she focusing only on the footnotes?
If so, that is hugely beneficial. I have personally been thrilled to discover how she—and possibly others—has worked quietly and diligently on chapters in several books. When I saw the work completed in RYPM, I was so happy!
Addressing the Pictures
Many of the pictures are still placed inside text boxes. These pictures could potentially result in another copyright fine.

Each picture on this page has the potential to result in a fine. The fine I personally paid was almost $1,000.
It is time for us to act, because the next fine would need to be paid by RMI. That could easily affect our profits, which ultimately affects each of you.
Early in this crisis, Adina and her RADD Team began converting all the pictures using AI. Because I was unsure about the direction, I asked her to stop. Perhaps that decision was made too quickly.
What we need to seek God about together is whether we should continue using pictures at all.
Do the pictures enhance the lessons?
Do women enjoy the lessons more because of them?
Do they contribute something important?
Or would it be wiser to keep only book covers and logos?
This is volunteer work, and as a volunteer, Hope may choose to complete only one portion of the Course 2 cleanup and no more.
Her ePartner—following the two-by-two guidelines set out by Him, not by me—could then complete the next portion by removing the pictures.
However, what I currently believe may be His plan is to remove all pictures unless they are book covers or approved logos.
Removing Text Boxes to Improve Translation

However, several text boxes remain.
Text boxes make it more difficult for our current translation tools, GPTranslate and GSpeech, to work effectively across all our languages.
This is why He led me to work with Gemini to request one set of coding that could eliminate the many separate text boxes and leave only one. This would make translation much more effective until AI catches up with what we had hoped—or until He reveals why this happened and shows us how to use it for good.
One possible way to use this for good is through our translators.
When a Book Course is not translating into your language as well as you know it should, you can copy the chapter—or portions of it—and ask ChatGPT to translate it properly.
You can then listen to the translation directly in ChatGPT.
And voilà—you may have the beginning of a new book in your language!
It could become an Encouraging Bookstore exclusive without requiring us to register an ISBN. Or He may show us a simple way to publish it through a platform similar to INaudio.
As we continue to Selah, work two by two, and share our progress, we can move forward together—quietly, faithfully, and as one.
